• Identification of new technology trends, use and verification of the      integration in an existing architecture.
• Support during the development of invitations to tender (including functional specifications) selection and  introduction of appropriate hardware and software components.
• Creation of concepts for introducing chosen solution elements (taking into account the improvement potential)
• Optimization recommendations for existing processes (E.g. datastream normalization, archiving, formatting/conversion, postal processing including postage optimization printer and inserter control, sorting)
• Creating of backup concepts and operational handbooks
• Customer specific training and coaching
