Ticket Server for ELIXIR
To be able to answer our ELIXIR customers as quickly and precisely as possible we have initiated a ticketing system. As soon as we receive a customer question by email, they are sent back a reference number. This number ensures that the question and the resulting correspondence can be reliably traced. In addition the client is informed of every change in the status of the ticket by email.
