Based on the exceptionally well attended ELIXIR User Meeting 2008 and the the fact that Rasterpunkt sold the largest number of ELIXIR licenses worldwide in 2007 (DesignPro Tools and Transformation Suite), we were awarded “ELIXIR World Champion 2007” by ELIXIR’s founder Mr. Basit Hamid.

Rasterpunkt is unique in the world in that the company has its own AFP and XEROX specialists for support for ELIXIR products. We always strive to be a fast, reliable support partner for our customers.

Because of the increased demand for support to deal with the complexity of ELIXIR products and the general increase in user questions, we have been forced to re-define guarantee and premium support and to require payment for services.
