- Installation, configuration and implementation of ELIXIR products individually adapted to your computer architecture
- Customer requirements, issues and bug reports are analysed, proven and solved as quickly as possible
- With software, or programming errors, our direct connection to the ELIXIR development team helps us to get help
- Competent contact with short response times to meet individual customer needs through a new ticketing system
- Every customer may download the latest patches via FTP access to a Rasterpunkt server
- A regular newsletter with the latest information, tips and tricks is sent out by e-mail
- Events: basic and advanced training courses and an annual ELIXIR user meeting
