2. Creation of a detailed offer
3. Analysis of the initial situation with the creation of a performance specification
4. Definition and implementation of the project
5. Acceptance and hand-over

During the project regular reports are written to provide information on the status of the activities.

Following successful hand-over, an agreement concerning on-going support by Rasterpunkt can be made.
