Rasterpunkt always tries its best to support you by answering your questions and helping with problems. To further improve our service, we have introduced a ticketing system.
The introduction of this type of system gives us the possibility of correctly assigning your question to a problem, maintaining an overview of the problem and to answer quickly.
The system also has advantages for you:
Ticket Number
You receive and automatic confirmation from our system with a ticket number. The number helps you to manage your question at Rasterpunkt.
Status messages
For every change in the status of your question you will receive immediate notification by e-mail.
Continuing In-process
Your questions will not become dormant when an employee is sick, away on business or on vacation.
What do you have to do?
1. Send all your future DOC1 questions by e-mail to the following address:
doc1support(at)rasterpunkt.com
2. If you have already received a ticket number for your question, make sure that that all follow-on e-mails contain this ticket number. Our system automatically recognizes which question should be assigned to your e-mail.
